Orders and Returns
At Book of Moths, we want you to love your order! Due to the nature of our small items (stickers, postcards, bookmarks, and art prints) and USPS First-Class Letter Mail, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind reasons.

Lost or Damaged Mail
In the unfortunate event that your order is lost in the mail or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. That is 30 days after the order has been shipped. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. 

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at bookofmoths@gmail.com with your order number and picture of damaged items or note of missing mail.

  2. Let us know which items were lost or damaged.

  3. We will send a replacement via USPS as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs for Replacements

  • Replacements for lost or damaged items are shipped at no additional cost.

  • We are not responsible for additional delays caused by USPS.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product, please place a new order.
